Our most comprehensive elopement experience, the Gold Elopement Package is designed for couples seeking a beautifully styled, stress-free wedding in Noosa, with every detail professionally managed from start to finish.

CELEBRANT: At the heart of your day is your choice of our experienced, authorised Noosa wedding celebrants, who will guide you through a refined and meaningful ceremony. All Queensland legal requirements are seamlessly handled on your behalf, including preparation and lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage, verification of identification and documents, and official registration with the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Your ceremony includes a selection of thoughtfully written vow options, with the freedom to personalise your experience by writing and exchanging your own vows. These are printed on elegant personalised vow cards. Your chosen music is played via a professional sound system, creating a polished and intimate atmosphere. On the day, you’ll receive a commemorative marriage certificate, along with a ceremonial certificate and a keepsake copy of your ceremony script.

A phone or in-person meeting with your celebrant is offered the day prior to your wedding to confirm final details, timing and ceremony flow.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Your Noosa elopement is beautifully documented with one hour of professional wedding photography. All images are individually edited and enhanced to a premium standard. You’ll receive your photographs via a private online gallery within four weeks, available for viewing and download for four weeks. Images are supplied watermark-free in both high-resolution print files and web-ready formats, making it easy to share with family and friends.

HAIR & MAKEUP: Professional hair and makeup styling is included and provided in the comfort of your hotel or private residence within the Noosa area, allowing you to relax and enjoy a calm, luxurious start to your wedding day.

STYLING: Your ceremony is beautifully styled by Noosa’s leading wedding stylists, with every element carefully curated to complement your chosen Noosa location. The wedding ceremony setup includes a selection of stunning wedding arbour adorned with florals, a signing table with two matching chairs, and seating for up to 20 guests.

All styling, hire décor and ceremony props are fully included and thoughtfully designed to suit your setting and overall aesthetic. Florals and greenery are selected using seasonal blooms and coordinated to complement your bouquet's colours. A variety of wedding arbours and ceremony styling options are available with this package, with some premium selections attracting an additional fee.

To enhance your guest experience, a drinks table is styled for your celebration, featuring a water station with ice and lemon, water glasses, a silver ice bucket, ice, and champagne glasses for your BYO beverages.

FLOWERS: Florals are created by one of Noosa’s most sought-after wedding florists and include a large, statement bridal bouquet, along with the groom’s buttonhole. Seasonal blooms and greenery are selected to complement your colour palette and overall styling. All florals are delivered directly to your ceremony location.

To mark the occasion, a bottle of commemorative champagne is included for you to enjoy on the day with your BYO drinks, or to save as a keepsake to celebrate later.

PLANNER: Every aspect of your Noosa elopement is coordinated by your own dedicated professional wedding coordinator. From supplier bookings to timelines and logistics, all arrangements are handled for you — leaving you free to simply choose your date and find the perfect dress.

LOCATIONS: Suggested wedding ceremony locations are Maison La Plage Grove, Casuarina Gardens, Hidden Grove, Laguna Grove, Beach Access 12, Woods Bay or Noosa Woods.

This package also includes personalised recommendations for Noosa reception venues or private residences, should you wish to continue celebrating after your ceremony.

Evenings, Fridays, and weekends are only available by request and are subject to an extra charge). 40+ guests will be offered The Sunset Lounge or The River Room for an extra fee.

Package Includes:

• Mobile Hair and makeup for the bride-to-be at your hotel.

• Includes your choice of professional Wedding Celebrants, including all fees for lodging paperwork

• Ceremony music as you walk down the aisle and while you are signing paperwork

• A professional wedding photography package for 1.5 hrs with one of Noosa’s top wedding photographers, all of your images are edited and supplied as high resolution, ready to print, available via digital download directly to your computer, and a folder of low res images for emailing and sharing on social media such as Facebook and an online gallery to share with family and friends.

• Brides stunning large wedding bouquet with hair flowers to match. Grooms buttonhole. Includes delivery to the ceremony location.

• The Wedding Ceremony setup includes a stunning wedding arbour with florals, a signing table, and 2 matching chairs. All styling, hire decor, and props are included and designed to suit your selected location. Florals and greenery are selected to match bouquet colours using seasonal flowers. Includes 10 guest chairs. We offer a wide variety of wedding arbours and ceremony decorating options with this package.

• Drinks table with a water station with ice and lemon, water glasses, silver ice bucket, ice and champagne glasses for your byo drinks.

• The wedding reception will be on the Eastern Deck at The Noosa Boathouse. Includes food and drinks with a minimum spend, making the total $13,990.00 for a complete ceremony and reception package, or a receptionat Ricky’s Noosa - extra fee.

• Basic decorating at the wedding reception. Various styling options are available above the basic inclusions for an extra fee.

• All services and all arrangements will be made by your own personal professional wedding coordinator. The only thing you need to do is find a dress and set the date!
